Found this recipe on tumblr a few days ago (thank you to whoever posted it originally) and I made it for my morning snack. Holy cow it’s so big but very delicious. Good recovery from having fruit snacks for breakfast.  I had an awesome workout this morning and I am down to 228 pounds. :) must keep going!

My day

Well I actually slept in and had breakfast right away when I woke up. I had cereal I know not the smartest choice but better than nothing and had coffee and carrots for lunch. I had green pepper, ground turkey, and feta cheese for dinner. All I did was work today- should have worked out but oh well! Pretty good day overall

Yea sorry it’s been so long since I have posted but I killed my workout this morning and ate like complete shit today. I know it’s unreasonable but I feel completely fat because of it. I guess it will just make me choose better tomorrow

Laziness…

Sorry everyone for not blogging lately! Been kind of a bum. I have still been working out and eating healthy. I even signed up for the Color Run :) my first 5k! I am very excited. I promise I will get back in gear
